• Supporting projects promoting the sustainable development of African countries in the areas of education, healthcare, well-being, nature conservancy, research, infrastructure, general prosperity, and the development of the local population.
  
  
• Building a platform for the exchange of ideas and collaboration among institutions, investors and scientists that co-finance and support the relevant projects.
  
  
• Promoting transparent processes and procedures in the private and public domains with a view to ensuring the dissemination and application of uniform rules of conduct to and by everyone involved in the political and economic process.
